- 2 medium zucchinis
- 8 ounces mushrooms
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic

Instructions
- Wash and slice the zucchinis into rounds.
- Clean and slice the mushrooms.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté for a minute.
- Add zucchinis and mushrooms, and season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Cook until vegetables are tender, about 8-10 minutes.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For added flavor, you can sprinkle some Parmesan cheese on top.
- Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers.
