Instructions

  6. Wrap each log in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  7. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  8. Slice the logs into 1/4-inch thick rounds and place on a baking sheet.
  9. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
  10. Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
