- 2 pounds boneless chicken thighs
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
Instructions
- Place chicken thighs in the slow cooker.
- Add butter, cream cheese, and chicken broth on top of the chicken.
- Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and parsley over the ingredients.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken and mix everything together before serving.

- Serve over rice or with crusty bread to soak up the sauce.
- This dish can be made ahead of time and reheated.
