- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- In a slow cooker, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker and pour marinara sauce over the top.
- Cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is cooked through.
- About 30 minutes before serving, sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top and cover to melt.

- Serve over pasta or with crusty bread for a complete meal.
- For added flavor, sauté vegetables to serve alongside.
