- 3 pounds beef roast
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup beef broth
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together honey, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, garlic, black pepper, and salt.
- Place the beef roast in the slow cooker and pour the honey mustard mixture over it.
- Add the beef broth around the roast.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the beef is tender.
- Once cooked, remove the beef and let it rest before slicing.
- Serve with the sauce drizzled over the top.
Notes
- For added flavor, marinate the beef in the honey mustard mixture overnight.
- Consider serving with mashed potatoes or vegetables.
