- 2 pounds beef chuck roast
- 1 cup root beer
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
Instructions
- Place the beef chuck roast in the slow cooker.
- Pour the root beer over the beef.
- Add the BBQ sauce on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
- When done, shred the beef with two forks and serve.
