- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup onions, sliced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Form into patties.
- Place the patties in the slow cooker.
- Add sliced peppers and onions on top of the patties.
- Pour beef broth and Worcestershire sauce over everything.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the patties are cooked through.
Notes
- For added flavor, you can sauté the peppers and onions before adding them to the slow cooker.
- This recipe is great served with mashed potatoes.
