Instructions
- In a slow cooker, combine the diced potatoes, heavy cream, milk, shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Stir gently until all ingredients are well combined.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the potatoes are tender.
