- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, and sugar. Mix well.
- Add the melted butter and mix until combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle the chocolate chips evenly across the crust.
- Top with mini marshmallows.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the marshmallows are golden brown.
- Let cool before cutting into bars.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips.
- These bars can be made ahead of time and stored for later.
