- 3 cups Rice Krispies
- 4 cups mini marshmallows
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a large saucepan, melt the butter and marshmallows over low heat, stirring until smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
- Quickly add the Rice Krispies and graham cracker crumbs, mixing until evenly coated.
- Spread the mixture onto a parchment paper-lined surface and press into a rectangle.
- Sprinkle the chocolate chips evenly over the rectangle.
- Using the parchment paper, carefully roll the mixture into a pinwheel.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before slicing into rounds.

- For added flavor, consider using flavored marshmallows.
