Ingredients

  • 4 beef chops
  • 6 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil and brown the beef chops on both sides.
  3. In a baking dish, layer the sliced potatoes and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Place the browned beef chops on top of the potatoes.
  5. Pour the heavy cream over the layers and sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
  6. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
  7. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
