- 4 pieces boneless chicken breasts
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop.
- In the same skillet, add olive oil and sauté mushrooms until golden.
- Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken to the skillet and cook until no longer pink, about 6-7 minutes per side.
- Stir in spinach and cooked bacon, then pour in heavy cream.
- Simmer for 5 minutes until the sauce thickens. Serve hot.
Notes
- For added flavor, use fresh herbs like thyme or rosemary.
- Can substitute turkey bacon with regular bacon if preferred.
