Ingredients

  • 4 pieces boneless chicken breasts
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop.
  2. In the same skillet, add olive oil and sauté mushrooms until golden.
  3. Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add chicken to the skillet and cook until no longer pink, about 6-7 minutes per side.
  5. Stir in spinach and cooked bacon, then pour in heavy cream.
  6. Simmer for 5 minutes until the sauce thickens. Serve hot.

Notes

  • For added flavor, use fresh herbs like thyme or rosemary.
  • Can substitute turkey bacon with regular bacon if preferred.
