Instructions
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet, sautéing until soft.
- Stir in chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Mix in the tomato sauce and water, bringing to a simmer.
- Reduce heat and let the chili sauce simmer for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Serve hot over cooked hot dogs.
