- 4 ears corn on the cob
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, paprika, and cayenne pepper.
- Brush the corn with the spice mixture.
- Place the corn on the grill and cook for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally.
- While the corn is grilling, cook the turkey bacon until crispy and chop into pieces.
- Once the corn is done, remove from the grill and sprinkle with salt and chopped bacon.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
Notes
- Make sure to soak the corn in water for 30 minutes before grilling for extra moisture.
- Adjust the spice level according to your taste.
