- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together honey, lime juice, soy sauce, red pepper flakes, and minced garlic.
- Place chicken breasts in a zip-top bag and pour marinade over the chicken. Seal and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
- Remove chicken from the marinade and grill for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
- Drizzle remaining marinade over the chicken during the last few minutes of cooking.
- Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes before slicing.
Notes
- For extra spice, add more red pepper flakes.
- Let the chicken rest for better juiciness.
