- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 package crescent dough sheets
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, mozzarella, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Roll out the crescent dough and cut it into squares.
- Place a spoonful of the spinach artichoke mixture in the center of each square.
- Fold the dough over and seal the edges.
- Place the buns on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
- For added flavor, sprinkle some parmesan cheese on top before baking.
- These buns can be made ahead of time and reheated.
