Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 package crescent dough sheets

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, mozzarella, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Roll out the crescent dough and cut it into squares.
  4. Place a spoonful of the spinach artichoke mixture in the center of each square.
  5. Fold the dough over and seal the edges.
  6. Place the buns on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

Notes
