- 1 loaf crusty bread
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix together cream cheese, sour cream, garlic, spinach, artichokes, mozzarella, Parmesan, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Cut the top off the bread loaf and hollow out the inside, saving the bread pieces.
- Fill the hollowed-out bread with the spinach artichoke mixture.
- Place the filled bread on a baking sheet and cover with foil.
- Bake for 25 minutes, then remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the top is golden brown.
- Serve warm with the reserved bread pieces for dipping.
Notes
- For an extra kick, add red pepper flakes to the mixture.
- This dip can be assembled a day ahead and baked when ready to serve.
