- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheese (e.g. cheddar or mozzarella)
- 6 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup cooked turkey bacon, crumbled
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
- Add in the chopped spinach, cheese, salt, pepper, and crumbled turkey bacon; mix well.
- Pour the mixture into a greased pie dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the quiche is set and lightly golden on top.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- Feel free to substitute the cheese or add extra vegetables.
- This quiche can be made ahead of time and reheated.
