- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken breasts and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cook for 7-8 minutes on each side until browned.
- Add spinach and mozzarella cheese on top of each chicken breast.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Once cooked, remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
