- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 flatbreads
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the ricotta, mozzarella, feta, parmesan, spinach, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Spread the cheese mixture evenly over each flatbread.
- Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until the edges are golden and the cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For an extra crunch, sprinkle some red pepper flakes on top before serving.
