- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, spinach, and half of the mozzarella cheese.
- Slice a pocket into each chicken breast and stuff with the spinach mixture.
- Wrap each stuffed chicken breast with turkey bacon.
- Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken in a baking dish and sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in your favorite spices for an hour before stuffing.
- Serve with a side salad for a complete meal.
