- 4 lamb shanks
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 pounds potatoes, quartered
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, sear the lamb shanks on all sides until browned.
- In a bowl, mix garlic, chicken broth, soy sauce, honey, rosemary, black pepper, and salt.
- Place the seared lamb shanks in a baking dish and pour the sauce over them.
- In a separate bowl, toss the quartered potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Add the potatoes to the baking dish around the lamb shanks.
- Cover with foil and bake for 2 hours. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 30 minutes to glaze.
- Serve hot and enjoy!

- For added flavor, marinate the lamb shanks overnight.
- Adjust sweetness by varying the amount of honey.
