- 1 package eclair pastry mix
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Prepare the eclair pastries according to package instructions.
- In a bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla, mixing until well combined.
- Layer the sliced strawberries in between the eclair pastries and spread whipped cream on top.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a splash of almond extract to the whipped cream.
- Serve chilled for the best texture.
