- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, pureed
- 1 cup whipped cream
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract.
- Add the pureed strawberries and mix well.
- Fold in the whipped cream until fully combined.
- Spread the cheesecake mixture over the crust.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- For an extra crunch, add some crushed strawberries on top before serving.
- These bites can be made a day in advance for convenience.
