- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- ⅓ cup strawberry jam
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth, then add vanilla and eggs one at a time.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust and bake for 50-60 minutes.
- Let it cool and then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Before serving, top with sliced strawberries and drizzle with strawberry jam.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add a splash of lemon juice to the cheesecake mixture.
- Make sure the cream cheese is well softened for a smooth texture.
