- 1 package ladyfinger cookies
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Dip ladyfingers briefly in coffee, then layer them in a dish.
- Add a layer of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
- Place a layer of sliced strawberries on top.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with the mascarpone mixture.
- Dust with cocoa powder and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- For added flavor, consider using flavored coffee or adding a splash of liqueur to the coffee.
- Allow tiramisu to sit overnight for the best flavor.
