  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 onion, diced

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef with diced onion and minced garlic.
  3. Stir in cooked rice, diced tomatoes, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove seeds.
  5. Stuff the bell peppers with the beef mixture.
  6. Place the stuffed peppers in a baking dish and cover with foil.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil, sprinkle cheese on top, and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  8. Serve hot.
