  • 4 large chicken breasts
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese, parsley, basil, garlic, salt, black pepper, and Parmesan cheese until well combined.
  3. Cut a pocket in each chicken breast and stuff with the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sear each chicken breast for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Transfer the chicken breasts to a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
  6. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
