- 8 slices bacon
- 1 cup breadcrumbs

- 2 eggs

- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together ground turkey, breadcrumbs, onion, bell pepper, eggs, milk, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Form half of the turkey mixture into a loaf shape on a baking sheet.
- Place shredded cheese in the center of the loaf.
- Cover with remaining turkey mixture and shape into a loaf again.
- Wrap the bacon slices around the meatloaf, securing with toothpicks if necessary.
- Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let it rest before slicing and serving.
