Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a heart-shaped baking pan.
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine erythritol, Greek yogurt, eggs, vanilla extract, and red food coloring.
- Mix the wet and dry ingredients until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- While the cake is baking, beat the cream cheese, powdered erythritol, and vanilla extract until creamy.
- Once the cake has cooled, spread the cream cheese mixture on top and chill before serving.
