Instructions
- In a skillet, cook the ground chicken over medium heat until browned and cooked through.
- Stir in the sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and spoon the mixture into the lettuce leaves.
- Top with green onions and shredded carrots before serving.

- For a spicier kick, add some chili flakes to the chicken mixture.
