Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine chicken, pineapple, sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, and ginger. Mix well.
- Marinate the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the marinated chicken mixture.
- Cook for about 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is fully cooked.
- Garnish with green onions and serve.
