- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

- 1 cup diced turkey bacon

- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 1 cup sweet pickle relish
Instructions
- Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Add the cooked macaroni to the bowl and stir to coat.
- Fold in the turkey bacon, celery, red onion, and pickle relish.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
- Add more sugar if you prefer a sweeter taste.
- Feel free to include other vegetables like bell peppers or carrots for added crunch.
