- 2 pounds turkey roast
- 1 cup apple cider
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 2 apples, sliced
- 1 tablespoon rosemary, chopped

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a roasting pan, combine apple cider, brown sugar, rosemary, and cinnamon.
- Place the turkey roast in the pan and brush with olive oil.
- Wrap turkey roast with turkey bacon.
- Top with apple slices.
- Cover the pan and roast for 1.5 hours, basting occasionally.
- Remove the cover and roast for an additional 30 minutes until the bacon is crispy.
- Let it rest before slicing and serving.

- For extra flavor, marinate the turkey roast overnight.
- Serve with a side of roasted vegetables.
