Instructions

  2. Remove from heat and stir in flour until mixture forms a ball.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Stir in vanilla extract.
  5. Heat oil in a deep-fryer or large pot to 375°F (190°C).
  6. Transfer dough to a piping bag fitted with a star tip.
  7. Pipe strips of dough into hot oil, cutting them to desired length.
  8. Fry until golden brown and crisp, about 2-4 minutes.
  9. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
  10. Mix granulated sugar and cinnamon in a bowl and coat the churros.
