- 1 pound tater tots
- 8 ounces turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large skillet, cook the chopped turkey bacon until crispy.
- Add the diced chicken ham and cook for another 2 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the cooked bacon and ham mixture, tater tots, and mixed vegetables to the bowl and stir well.
- Spread the mixture evenly in a greased baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add jalapeños or hot sauce.
- Can be made ahead and refrigerated before baking.
