- 2 pounds beef ribs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Rub the beef ribs with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Place the ribs on a baking sheet lined with foil.
- Cover the ribs with another layer of foil and bake for 2.5 hours.
- Remove the top layer of foil and brush the ribs with BBQ sauce.
- Increase the oven temperature to 400°F (200°C) and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the ribs overnight.
- You can also grill the ribs instead of baking for a smoky taste.
