- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Wrap each chicken breast with turkey bacon and place in a baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Remove from the oven and top each breast with barbecue sauce and shredded cheese.
- Return to the oven for an additional 5-10 minutes until cheese is melted.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add jalapeños to the top before baking.
- Serve with a side of mashed potatoes or steamed vegetables.
