- 6 large eggs
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
- 3 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
Instructions
- Boil the eggs in water for about 10 minutes, then cool in ice water.
- Peel the eggs and chop them in a bowl.
- Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper to the chopped eggs and mix well.
- Stir in the chopped chives and crumbled turkey bacon.
- Serve chilled on bread or lettuce.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of smoked paprika.
- Use avocado instead of mayonnaise for a healthier version.
