Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a heatproof bowl over simmering water.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the sugar and eggs until light and fluffy.
- Stir in the melted chocolate mixture, followed by the almond flour, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Pour the batter into a greased springform pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Allow to cool before removing from the pan.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
