Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, butter, sour cream, and vanilla extract to form a dough.
- Roll out the dough and cut into strips, then wrap around cream horn molds.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool.
- Whip heavy cream and mix in powdered sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
- Fill the cooled pastry horns with the whipped cream mixture.
