Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh spinach
  • 8 ounces truffle oil
  • 1 cup finely chopped mushrooms
  • 1 pound mixed seafood (shrimp, scallops, crab)
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat truffle oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and mushrooms, sauté until soft.
  3. Add the seafood to the skillet and cook until just done. Remove from heat.
  4. In a bowl, combine the spinach, breadcrumb, Parmesan cheese, parsley, lemon juice, and black pepper.
  5. Mix the seafood and mushroom mixture into the spinach mixture.
  6. Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish and bake for 20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy your indulgent twist!

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, add more truffle oil to taste.
