  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 1 pound turkey ham, diced
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cups marinara sauce
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, eggs, Italian herbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Layer 3 lasagna noodles, followed by half of the ricotta mixture, turkey ham, and mozzarella cheese; repeat.
  6. Top with remaining noodles, marinara sauce, and Parmesan cheese.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes until golden.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • This lasagna can be assembled ahead of time and refrigerated before baking.
