- 9 lasagna noodles
- 1 pound turkey ham, diced
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cups marinara sauce
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, eggs, Italian herbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Layer 3 lasagna noodles, followed by half of the ricotta mixture, turkey ham, and mozzarella cheese; repeat.
- Top with remaining noodles, marinara sauce, and Parmesan cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes until golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- This lasagna can be assembled ahead of time and refrigerated before baking.
- Feel free to add your favorite vegetables for extra nutrition.
