- 4 chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 medium potatoes, for fries
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add chicken thighs and season with paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned on both sides.
- Remove the chicken and sauté onions and garlic in the same pan until soft.
- Add heavy cream to the pan and return the chicken, simmer until cooked through.
- For fries, cut potatoes into strips, season, and bake at 400°F until crispy.
- Serve chicken with creamy sauce poured over and crispy fries on the side.
Notes
- Try adding other spices to enhance the flavor.
- Make sure not to overcrowd the pan when frying the chicken.
