- 4 cups watermelon, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 2 tablespoons sweetener (optional)
Instructions
- Blend the watermelon pieces until smooth.
- Add lime juice and sweetener, then blend again.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
- Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours.
- When ready to serve, run molds under warm water to easily release popsicles.
Notes
- For a twist, add fresh mint leaves to the blend.
- These popsicles are a great way to use leftover watermelon.
