- 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 can green chilies
- 12 tortillas
- 1 cup enchilada sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, sour cream, half of the cheese, green chilies, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Lay out tortillas, add a generous spoonful of the chicken mixture, and roll them up.
- Place the rolled tortillas in a greased baking dish.
- Pour enchilada sauce over the top, then sprinkle the remaining cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until heated through and cheese is bubbly.
- Serve warm and enjoy!

- For extra flavor, add spices such as cumin or chili powder to the chicken mixture.
- You can substitute rotisserie chicken for quicker preparation.
