Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix cocoa powder, sugar, and butter until creamy.
- Add flour, eggs, and vanilla extract, then mix until well combined.
- Pour half of the batter into a greased cake pan.
- In a separate bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and lemon juice until smooth.
- Spread the cheesecake mixture over the batter in the pan.
- Pour the remaining chocolate batter on top of the cheesecake layer.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool before frosting with melted white chocolate.
