- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup rolled oats

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a loaf pan.
- In a bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
- Add the oats, applesauce, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Mix until well combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
