  • 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a loaf pan.
  2. In a bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
  3. Add the oats, applesauce, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Mix until well combined.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
