- 2 cups grated zucchini
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
- In a large bowl, mix the grated zucchini with sugars and melted butter.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract, then mix until combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- While the bars are baking, prepare the brown butter frosting by melting butter in a saucepan over medium heat until it turns golden brown.
- Remove from heat, let cool slightly, then whisk in powdered sugar until smooth.
- Once the bars are cool, frost with the brown butter frosting.
