Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Grate the zucchinis and squeeze out excess moisture.
- In a bowl, combine zucchinis, Parmesan cheese, turkey bacon, garlic, salt, pepper, and breadcrumbs.
- Shape the mixture into small bites and place them on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
